Common Issues

  • CSV not importing? Make sure the file is in .csv format and the filename matches your bank name.
  • iCloud sync not working? Check that iCloud is enabled in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud for Providence.
  • Duplicate transactions? Providence flags duplicates automatically during import. Deselect them before saving.
  • Categories incorrect? Tap any transaction to edit its category. Auto-categorization learns from common keywords.
